Wa 'alaykum assalaam warahmatullaahi wabarakaatuh.

He has to leave his rapper-talk, it has riyaa (showing-off) in it.
May Allaah make us and him firm on the truth.

barakallah fik akhi but who said he is showing off? that is just how some people talk and he is not required to change the way he talks. riyaa is something in the heart if his intention is not sincere so we should not accuse him of riyaa because we don't know what is in his heart and we don't know his intention
